CallTracking Automation
Company: Auto Trader.com
- Situation: Required one individual to create 300 to 1000 call tracking records each day which took an individual 2 to 3 days to complete, a manual process.
- Task: Identify the gaps in the current process. Write an RFP with score cards to send to each selected vendor. Set up meetings to interview each vendor for service. Write the requirements for the automation process.
- Action: Written a 40 page RFP and sent the document to the chosen 12 vendors. When the RFP document was returned, I was responsible for reviewing and eliminating those that did not meet our main requirements. I scheduled the meetings with each vendor when we narrowed down the choices to 5. I was responsible for analyzing the score cards narrowing down even further to the last 3. I then scheduled the meetings with the last 3 for final decision.
- Result: We were able to select a vendor within 3 weeks from the date of discovery that we needed to move our numbers. And we were able to implement the project within 60 days meeting our 90 day deadline. And the customer downtime was minimal due to the efficiency of our process.
Converted a manual process using a 3rd party integration that decreased the creation time by 75%. Managed the relationship with the vendor when it came to billing and troubleshooting.
Display Vehicle Payment Calculator
Company: Auto Trader.com
- Situation: Customers were asking to display payment amounts by credit score and down payment calculator. APG (Automotive Pricing Guide), to pull in the make model, year, VIN and APG price from the DMS.
- Task: Work with the development team and vendor to identify the requirements. Schedule meetings with the vendor and teams. Train sales staff and customers on the product once delivered. Tier 2 support when customer support cannot resolve customer issues.
- Action: Created user facing and sales training documentation. Conducted weekly webinars for the sales team. Worked directly with the 3rd party vendor to onboard the new customers. Supported the users when there were issues that required resolving.
- Result: The pilot/POC for the first 90 days went well and I obtained feedback from the customer about the systems performance and process.
Trained over 50 sales persons and over 300 customers on new 3rd party integration. Onboarding over 300 customers once the POC was finalized and implemented.
Renewal Process with Open Invoice
Company: MemberSuite, Inc
- Situation: Customer requested to add a feature to their portal where if there is a member with an Open invoice they will have to pay the invoice first before renewing their membership.
- Task: 1. Identify what the customer portal current state. 2. Interview the customer to gather requirements for the new process. 3. Build out the process map and training documents. 4. Create customer fields for development team to use to create customization.
- Action: In the SAAS system I created the customer fields for the requirements. I walked the development team through the requirements. Tested and demo'd the customer feature after completed. Created customer training documentation.
- Result: We were able to complete the 2-week sprint using 1 resource. The customer was satisfied that they were able to renew their membership by paying the invoice. Created customer facing reports upon customer's request. Collaborated with the customer to customize their portal for their users.

Created Membership Process
Company: MemberSuite, Inc
- Situation: New customer required for their members to join their organization, pay fees and identify themselves by hatchery.
- Task: 1. Gather requirements for the customer's request. 2. Create custom fields for the developer to build the feature. 3. Import all existing members to the system once completed. 4. Test and train the customer on the new features.
- Action: 1. Configured the system with new custom fields. 2. Designed the pages using process workflows. 3. Trained customer on how to use their new customized portal. 4. Created training documentation for the customization.
- Result: The customer received their customizations and we were able to onboard and train 200+ hatchery and their partners. Configured over 100 custom fields for API integration. Imported over 200 customers on behalf of the customer.

Payment Processor Integration
Company: MemberSuite, Inc
- Situation: Customers were using multiple payment processors within the system. The business decided to partner with a payment processor to provide that service to the customers and at the same time build revenue.
- Task: 1. Identify the requirements on how to onboard the customer. 2. Identify the requirements for the API integration. 3. Schedule the meeting between internal and external development teams. 4. Onboard all 300 customers with rate negotiation and paperwork.
- Action: 1. Negotiate the rates that the customer agreed to paid for processing. 2. Onboard all 300 existing customers and any new customers. 3. Worked with 3rd party vendor to troubleshoot issues. 4. Created onboarding documentation and managed vendor relationship.
- Result: After onboarding all 300 customers, increased business revenue by 3.5 million dollars due to the partnership with RevShield.

System Regression Test
Company: The Stonehill Group
- Situation: Create test cases and test plans to regression test the system from end to end so that when new features or system updates happen we can repair or resolve any issues.
- Task: 1. Identified current state. 2. Document new features and processes. 3. Run through end to end testing in UAT environment to validate changes. 4. Create test script to run automatically every other day to verify system functionality.
- Action: 1. Created Visio map of internal and external processes initially for entire system. 2. Documented all new features, business processes and rules that users were to be trained on. 3. Used 3rd party vendor such as QTest to create and run test automation on selected features. 4. Validated tests were successful and no duplications were corrected during the test.
- Result: We minimized the system issues for internal users. We identified the security gaps that required repair. We were able to innovate and improve the user experience and business processes. Identified over 20 errors of penetration that required security for PII and firewall integration. Created current state and future state documentation with UML diagrams for process improvement management.

Test FTP Process
Company: The Stonehill Group
- Situation: The imports required scrubbing, then linked to active profields, when there were orphans that were not uploaded correct, we needed to repair the orphan file in the backend and reimport so that it can be reviewed.
- Task: 1. Identify the gaps in the FTP process. 2. Research the orphan folder. 3. Correct the orphan folder. 4. Train the customer on importing file.
- Action: 1. Used the SQL server and system. 2. Folders to identify the import error to correct the error on the back-end. 3. Tested the import, scan/scrub function, and verified the field mapping. 4. Trained customers and internal teams on how the process can be troubleshooted before escalating.
- Result: We had less orphan files, better process, and the internal team could repair the file if the issue arised again.
Minimizing downtime to 75% by repairing the FTP import functionality to identify and categorize orphan files that need attention. Created a product support document to provide the internal and external users direction on how to repair these issues when arise.
Built FTP User Interface
Company: The Stonehill Group
- Situation: The FTP Upload site was not branded to display the logos, images, or identifiable to the business.
- Task: 1. Build a landing page. 2. Integrate FTP site with landing page. 3. Test the page functionality. 4. Update site menus to display page.
- Action: 1. Used front-end development such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build a landing page. 2. The landing page looked and felt exactly like the companies website. 3. Worked with the development team to attach the page to the menu for FTP imports. 4. Tested the page, corrected functionality and trained customer on how to use the page.
- Result: The FTP landing page was user friendly and the user experience was better with the companies seamless branding and information to move between screens was easier.
Created an esthetically pleasing landing page using Front-End development or code (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript). Connected the FTP functionality to the landing page along with adding the page to the site menu.
Contract Creator
Company: Firstkey Homes
- Situation: When a new tenant completes a contract, the business needed a process to manage approval, down payment, and documentation.
- Task: 1. Gather requirements for the contract process. 2. Identify what the system can do and what it can do outside of the system. 3. Write requirements user stories and test scripts. 4. Configure the environment for development.
- Action: 1. Facilitated requirements gathering with stakeholders, end users, and development teams. 2. Created current state and future state functionality maps for system to system integration with click dimensions. 3. Wrote all user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios for the integration. 4. Configured Salesforce screens, Microsoft dynamics data mapping for integration project.
- Result: We were able to intake all tenant requests from the website into Microsoft Dynamics, limiting the time it took for a tenant to move into the selected home and improved the tenant experience for the same house.
